• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon sugar

2. In a small saucepan melt the cream with sugar to a summer. Do not boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves and then pour this over the chocolate. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely incorporated and melted.
3. Let it cool to warm and use.

This chocolate sauce can be kept in an airtight container in your fridge for a week. To reheat, use a double boiler and stir occasionally until it melts. This recipe makes approximately one cup.
